My name is Amelia Brennick, and I named my business after my hometown, Hollis Center, Maine. Growing up in Maine and recently moving back to the Portland area has been a rewarding journey. I attended nursing school at the University of New England in Portland, Maine. Before becoming a registered nurse (RN), I worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for 5 years, where I developed a deep passion for elderly foot care and dementia care. Over the past 15 years as an RN, I have enjoyed working across various areas and specialties.

My interest in foot and toenail services began during my time as a CNA. When I transitioned to acute care, I was taken aback by the condition of some patients' feet and toenails. This experience helped me understand the significant challenges many face in providing their own toenail care as they age or deal with health issues. Proper foot and toenail care is essential for maintaining health as we grow older. As a certified foot care nurse, my goal is to help residents in the Portland area maintain their feet and toenails safely and cleanly, all from the comfort of their own homes.
